or use 2-5 ml disposable plastic syringes, use little bit glass wool to block the opening. pipettes are also good for it. It is easy to recover resin from a syringe.

you can use:

a) disposable plastic pasteur pippetes and cut one side and add glass stoper on the other side or

b) use 2-5 ml disposable plastic syringes

c) or you can use Bio-rad disposable columns, they have several types:

or you can buy from GE the Sephadex G-25 already in a column...

Thanks to all, your advice have been extremely helpfull. Eventually I decided to go with the Bio-Rad empty micro-spin chromatography columns.... They are just what I have been looking for.
