I need to acquire the PFM711-FO2-B sensor data from the SMC company through the digital output on an Arduino board. Could someone help me?

We are developing an artificial respirator and we use the SMC company PFM711-FO2-B among the sensors. The operating range is from 0.0 PSI to 1.0 PSI. We want to read that value through the digital output of the sensor through an Arduino board.
