I think that you have to perform the DNA extraction first by precipitation from saliva ( using RIBO-prep Kit) and then you can use АmpliSens HPV HCR-genotype Kit. With this kit you can easily do the detection of the 12 most common High-Risk HPV types with no cross detection with Low-Risk HPV genotypes.
Hi, I would recommend the Saliva DNA Isolation Kit (Cat# RU45400) and then the same kit as said Nadaia АmpliSens HPV HCR-genotype Kit. Also I would recommend multiplex-PCR for IntelliPlex™ HPV Genotyping Kit. Good luck. PM
Depending on the samples. I've used 2 different kits for genotiping up to 39 HPV types (including HR and LR). Linear Array from Roche and INNO-LiPA HPV Genotyping v2. The second one is more sensitive because is based on the amplification and hybridization of a 87bp fragment while the first one 450bp fragment. Usually we have low viral load in this anotomic site than we´ve used more sensitive tests.
