I need detail description of pMRP9-1 GFP?

Hi All,

I am planning to use pMRP9-1 GFP plasmid to study virulence of Pseudomonas. Can any one send me link or detail description of this plasmid as i am unable to find it. or can any suggest me if this is right plasmid to use this kind of study?
