hope you will be fine. as you know we had been discussing about my high molecular protein which was killer toxin. i got spectra of that protein i mean i send to company for mass spectraphotometer. i got result it is picutre with different peaks. i am not sure to explain it do you have any experience of it. it is new one therefore no blast result. i have to mention different peaks with peptides

Late response. Carbon distribution is different in your protein. That is why the peaks are different. The amino acid sequence also different from normal proteins. That is the reason why you are not getting matches in the blast search. Internal Carbon optimised domains (ICODs) supposed to be taking care of a protein to be normal which is lacking in your case. Almost all toxicity are due to this Internal COD. Hope this address your value.
