JCPDS card is very difficult to obtain, once this is a paid database. There are free databases that provide Crystallographic Information Files (CIFs) of crystal structures, and you can access by your own.
The difference of CIF and JCPDS cards is:
The JCPDS cards provides you some information about the structure, like unit cells dimensions, space group and a list of miller indices with intensity of each reflection.
The CIF file provides information about the unit cells dimension, space group and there is a list of cell's atoms. The CIF doesn't provide the miller indices reflection list that cards provide. HOWEVER, with the CIF file, you can use a software to generate the list of miller indicies reflection.
Softwares like VESTA or Mercury can do this, search for some tutorials in internet. If you need help, let me know.
