What is the possible solution or remedial action that should be taken for the Dionex Ultimate 3000 UHPLC - TCC 3000RS autosampler when there is a message "Syringe Driver: Position Error"? When self test is performed this message is coming and the autosampler module is not ready, even I tried to power off and on, but the error is occurred again.
Try to calibrate the syringe position.
Does the wash syringe/needle work?
Depending on the software that handles your autosampler, you need to find where in the software is the option to teach the autosampler where to find the vials. Try going through different menus or reading the user manual.
It looks like there was a change in the sample tray location, that's why the autosampler arm wasn't able to locate the sample and eventually gave that error message.

I appreciate your guidance, but the problem is not the syringe while taking the sample, it is during start up. The syringe takes buffer (or wash solvent) then fill the syringe after that it doesn't release to the waste. we checked if there may be particle clog, the valves or the system tubes are ok, but it doesn't send to the waste. the software is chromeleon 7.2 RS!
