I need to know whether this cell line (SKW 6.4), is a transformed B lymphoid cell line or not, since some reports showed that they are transformed with EPV!

Its a good question and not easy to answer by yes/no: cell transformed by EBV become immortal. Naturally this happens in some cancers including Burkitt lymphoma which lead Epstein to discover EBV. In lab condition EBV is used to immortalize cell lines but these are generally not termed "cancerous". On the implication of EBV in cancer you can read a very nice review:
