1) no preservatives and they aren't in refrigerator,or freezer

2) 14 months in a room of 30 degrees Celsius, averagely .

3) it was for an online marketplace special showcase .

4.1) so my question : how is it possible ?

4.2) my hypothesis : as the wine gets better with age, I believe that the same bio-component (present in both) is the answer of my question, am I wrong ?
