I know the exact length and width of my wafer (in cm), and I have its ellipsometric result. I want to plot it a 3D plot of it. Please suggest me, how?

If we make a 3X3 matrix on a wafer, then we get 9 parts. I have ellipsometry of these 9 parts, but do not know how to make a 3D image of the same in origin.

Please suggest me what to do.
