You should look at the .msg and .dat files for warnings.

In some cases ABAQUS does not matches all nodes due large topological distance, or deactivates nodes due to overconstraints from several MPC.

When doing so, ABAQUS tells you in his log files.

If you want to adjust the nodes (bring them closer) then use ADJUST=YES parameter in *TIE keyword option.
