I have a 2D model in abaqus and I want to apply the arch effect on my model by a function of pressure on downstream surface. How is the the function of arch effect? linear of another function?
Your question is not obvious.
you can define an amplitude for arch loading and use of the Load modulus>Mechanical>Pressure
and then specify the amount, direction, amplitude and location of loading.
Good Luck
