No easy way to tell without residual doubt, what you have (although some reasonable predictions can be made by following Irum Mukhtar's advice). You need more characteristics and some literature. For "normal" long-known species, it is sufficient to use Zycha's book on Mucorales. Unfortunately, this is in German. You may also wish to read one or the other article (monographs) on Rhizopus from the CBS culture collection. These are in English and very helpful. - You will definitely need classical taxonomic literature. In addition, you could make use of DNA sequences. This helps a lot, but the safest way is to use morphological and cultural classification followed by additional ITS Information. If you need determinations only rarely, you may also ask the colleagues at culture collections for their help. Some of them offer such a service. The price for this is not too high.

Based on images, your isolates produce stolon and rhizoid, But you should test if the isolates are thermophilic or mesophilic. Perhaps your isolates are belonging to the genus Rhizomucor if the apophysis not produced, but it is not clear on images.

The temperature tolerance and morphological characteristics can be fairly effective for identification. For another good reference, see Schipper, M. A. A. 1984. A revision of the genus Rhizopus. This has a table of morphological characteristics to differentiate between some of the common species. As Johannes Wostemeyer said, a combination of morphological and molecular identification can be effective for identification.
