I have to coat a CuO NPs via spin coating method, so how can i make a solution of CuO NPs for this process ?

I already made CuO NPs

If you make a solution, you destroy your nanoparticles and essentially end up with a Cu(OH)2 solution. You need to disperse your particles, here is an article with some ideas:
