I have started to design a Lithium ion battery in Comsol. I need to merge the LIB model with PDEs. any idea how to do that ?

the electrode structure has secondary pore networks , so I need to use different governing equations for the electrodes. I tried to use PDEs , but I have not get any results. Does anybody have any useful information about using PDEs in a defined model in comsol ??

It depends on what additional equations you need, there are different possibilities, i.e. use weak formulations, PDEs on the boundary, algebraic equations, equation based modelling etc.
