I know the cell line is not an adherent, it is a loosely adherent cell line. But my cells are not getting settled on the flask. they are all floating in the media. Previously when I have revived the P6 passage the cells were good. This time I revived the P2 passage and they are floating. Please help me what should I do?

Cell thawing process was correct? Have you changed anything to perform the current passage? Any different conditions or materials than using in the previous passages, such as medium, flasks, incubator? Is it possible that the medium has been used for a long time? You could start checking these things to rule out some of them or to find out any wrong.
María Luisa Caballero Thank you. Ya, I have changed the media. the cells were frozen in MEM media and revival I used Glutamax media. I got it where I have gone wrong.
