G. vaginalis grows at 37ºC with 5% CO2 without agitation very very slowly with BHI medium.
Am not working with the mentioned bacteria. But if you explain your problem in growing this bacteria we can discuss about it!!

G. vaginalis will exhibit poor or no growth in BHI broth as per my knowledge. Add 5% human serum to this broth to enrich the media and you will find luxuriant growth. Alternatively you can use solid media such as Chocolate agar or BHI starch agar supplemented with 5% blood for positive growth of this bacteria.

Thank you very much. I am going to try. Another question, may Gardnerella change its aspect on the blood agar plates? Because at the begining looks very small and transparent on blood agar plates but when I change to liquid media and start to growth the colonies looks more bigger and white.
