I submitted a paper to a journal. The main content of the paper is the research on the force of the hull, and the Length Overall, Breadth, Molded depth and Weight are given in the hull dimension part. The reviewer asks "The ship's principal dimensions must be given", I don't understand, what other data do I need to give?

When you respond to the editor I recommend you copy and paste the section in your email and ask the question of 'what other principal dimensions are needed.' It is possible the reviewer was sloppy in their reading, a graduate student wrote the review and did not understand your article, but hopefully the editor will be wise and pick up on that (there are a few good editors that actually look at the quality of the reviews)
