I would expect that an antenna can only provide S11 and S21 as you cannot excite the output side of an antenna as it is the atmosphere or space. In the real world this is not possible unless you use a remote antenna.
S11 will give the reflection coefficient of the antenna and S21 the gain which can only be theoretical as you cannot connect to space.
An alternative would be to excite two antennas connected to each other in your simulation and then you would have two 50 ohm ports to excite and the outputs of each antenna would remove the need to connect to space. You would have to correct for the fact that there are two antennas in S22 and S12.
You have not said what type of simulation or what frequency you are using so it is unclear what approach you are using.
