Dear Researcher,
I have used standards items from Burger(2009). Since in it all items where not their, therefore, I added few items based on literature reviews and got alpha value 0.9 which highly reliable. can I used that questionnaire for thesis or should only use standard items given in Burger since it is 11 years old items and it needed modification, therefore, I modified it. should I publish a paper to validate it or can use it as it since it is reliable which will add value to the society. Kindly give yours valuable inputs with reference.

Hi you can use this tool and carry on your study. you chenge items and then examine realibilty and validity and now you have valid and reliabe tool for your study. if you make new questionare you can publish an articale about your new tool validation.
Thankyou I have taken 7 constructs from it and added one more constructs was added now those added variables have highest factor score therefore I think those variables are correct fit to my research I hope so rights reliability and validity was already done.
