Try to reduce the increment size and try again

If that not work, try to run it with elastic material first to isolate any other problems.

Check materials properties and mesh at loading points.

Check your step, change increment size

Check bonding technique, If you use tie bond the change master surface and slave or if use surface to surface contact then allow small sliding and try again.

Finally, check mesh size and property. For the dependant elements, you must select the element type.
