Within few hrs of synthesis microscopic image shows that encapsulation of oil (10%) is formed. But after one day there is no encapsulation of neem oil. I used polysorbate as a surfactant. When I increased the chitosan concentration then aggregation of particles was developed. Kindly give suggestion..

replace polysorbate with polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil (Cremphor RH 40)
