Using Density Based Solver,
Pressure Inlet and outlet
Inlet pressure: 101325
Outlet Pressure: 68738
This is the same problem given in book "CFD by Anderson", I have written code, which is giving me good result (Matching with book's results), But When I am trying to simulate it in fluent, solution is not getting converged. I tried Density based solver, pressure based solver and every Solution method in fluent. But nothing helps.
You can try STAR-CCM+ (CD-Adapco). It gives good result and also debugging is easy. I have a good experience in STAR-CCM+ and can help you with that.

What length of your nozzle? It is equal to 3 meter ( it may be seen from your pictures). Is it correct? Do you set total pressure or static pressure at inlet?
Yes , length is 3m. I set both total and static pressure. You can see the input summary attached. (The text file).
My guts feeling is that the BC is incorrect. Another possibility is poor mesh. There should be sufficient fine mesh for normal shock
Well Mr Shiuh-Hwa Shyu, mesh quality is above 0.62 and mesh is quite fine. If you feel BC is incorrect. Please help me to set proper BCs. I have given enough information here to understand, what BCs should I apply. So please .
