We have seen statistically that the domestic migration of workers are increasing every year. People are moving from rural to urban areas for better work and life. This migration has brought in various challenges to the companies, workers, cross cultural practices and etc. I am willing do conduct a research in an area which is vital yet we don't have more research done on it. I have followed the literature review however i appreciate an opinion from people doing research in this field.
