when I put my ZnS solution in the chemical bath, the ZnS oxidizes so there are ZnO peaks appearing because of the reaction with the oxygen in the air, despite the fact that I close the beaker which contains the ZnS solution. What is the problem in your opinion, if not, suggest me another device that allows me to prevent oxidation.

Some suggestions:
- Prepare the ZnS in environment without oxygen (e.g. in a nitrogen blanket) and without water (e.g. by direct reaction of Zn and S). Never allow the material to contact air or water
- Keep and store the material in a dry, oxygen-free environment e.g. in a vacuum desiccator). XPS will show that each and every material in contact with air or water will have a fully oxidized surface (top 5 - 10 atomic layers). This oxidation is as sure as night follows day...
- Avoid using multiple exclamation points (!!) and question marks (??) in your language. This is not correct English, gives a false, poor impression of your question and you. Would you write and submit a paper to a journal in this manner?
First of all, what kind of peaks? With which analytical method did you analyse your samples? Second, are you sure that you have indeed ZnO, if it should not be there? What chemical bath are you using? You say that the peaks are appearing because of the reaction with the oxygen in the air. Are you absolutely positive about that?
it is by X-ray analysis (XRD), and the peaks are ZnO peaks with reference to other articles, my XRD spectra are processed by the Hichscore software and it gives ZnO. the beakers and the chemical bath that I use are attached in the photos

@alan F Rawle, direct reaction between Zn and S, you mean with ethanol for example instead of using water. explain to me please.

No, I mean solid state - Zn metal + sulfur. Ethanol has oxygen within the molecule as well as water in the azeotrope. You'll get oxide on the surface unless you exclude oxygen or oxygen-containing entities.
Dear Farid Dris many thanks for your interesting question. However, like Andrej Furlan the question is not quite clear to me. What is the goal of your experiments with zinc sulfide? What do you mean by "chemical bath"? To my knowledge there can be no "ZnS solution" because ZnS is insoluble in common solvents. So you can have either a dispersion or a suspension.
Unless you work under nitrogen as suggested by Alan F Rawle your ZnS can be easily oxidized. Please see e.g. this relevant article entitled
