2ml of TBT, 20 ml of Ethylene glycol and then this glycolated precursor was added into acetone (100 ml) and water (3-6 ml) solution.

You use the technique of synthesis, which you described in detail. It is not clear why you need to calculate the molar ratio of H2O to metal alkoxide (Ti(OBu)4. Typically, such ratios are calculated using the reaction equation
Ti(OBu)4 + 4Н2О = Тi (ОН)4 + 4ВuОН
Yuri Mirgorod Thank you so much for your reply. I am trying to get results with different amount of water. If I am not wrong then water to alkoxide ratio affects the size and morphology. I am trying to optimise this ratio.

Try to optimize. In such cases, they say "the ratio of water and (Ti(OBu)4 more or less than the theoretical one indicated in the reaction."
