I have already tried "Tetra-n-butyl ammonium perchlorate", but its only soluble up to 0.3 M.

Check formazan crystals normally soluble in DMSO should also be soluble in DMF. You can also check acetonitrile, Diketopyrrolopyrrole‐Imidazolium salts used to stain mitochondria and some polar organic drugs such as trifluoromethanesulfonimide, nitriles, imides, indoles, and solfonates etc.
