I am facing a problem that cellular debris observed in my SHSY5Y cells. I have seeded the cells in DMEM media with 10% FBS in T-25/ 60mm dish (antibiotic used PEN-Strepand gentamycin). I have also found that debris still remained in the flask after PBS wash. Even debris found in other cells like HEk and Neuro 2a also. Please give suggestions on how to overcome this problem?

Did you use same medium on HEk and Neuro 2a? There may be a problem on medium. If you want, you put only medium on 35 mm dishes and for 24 hours incubate it and then check it on microscope. Have you ever passage cells after seeing debris?
I would say first makes sure about any source of contamination. It looks like either some of them are dying or some other contamination is growing. Think beyond the reagents. You might even check the whole incubator and its tray. Good luck!

Thank you for your suggestion. Yes, I have used the same media for Neuro 2a and HEk from different aliquots. I have passaged the cells after seeing debris. But, i found the same.
