Dear peer scientists,

Ultradry storage is not suitable for recalcitrant seeds. However, theoretically, if we can stabilize the structure of the subcellular membrane, as well as glassify the cytoplasm, it is possible to prolong the storage of those recalcitrant seeds, even under room temperature.

So, is there any latest methods that may realize this?
