Reagents: Trizol reagent,chloroform, isopropanol, 75% ethanol, resuspended in autoclaved distilled water.

What protocol are you using, how are you preparing your samples (homogenization etc), and what do you mean by "any band on gel"?
The easiest way to check if you are isolating any nucleic acid (and to determine how clean it is) is to use spectrophotometry (nanodrop or similar).
Follow this protocol strictly. There should not any problem.

Other than this, you may follow these-
-For elution, always use Nuclease free water instead autoclaved water.
-Keep you samples always-70 degree Celcius unless you are using.
-Check your RNA in either denatured gel or 1%Agarose-TAE-ethidium bromide in freshly prepared buffer with clean apparatus.
-Run your gel for 30-40 min in 100V.
