1)How it will be when 2000 students (same) participated in three different studies and all three studies are in the inclusion criteria?
2) How in case of the single large study had divided into three different studies with same 2000 sample size and all three are considering for reviewing?

In simple terms you have...
1 study reported in three papers (e.g. Smith a,b,c,)] with 2000 participants total OT
vs
3 studies 2000 participants total
If you clearly report that, there isn't an issue really although if you really did only have one study there isn't much of a review. Where things could become tricky is when you are pooling outcomes and where there are multiple outcomes from a single study that look like they are different because they come from different papers.
However, a single study should never contribute more than one outcome for any single analysis and so if you make the overall sample clear (as above) it is not an issue. If you are reporting in a narrative fashion and one study gives several results relevant to a particular section (say 'staff wellbeing' to pick an example from my own area) you just need to e careful how you write so that it is clear all the results from a single study aren't independent. So...
"Smith (2020 a,b,c) found that resilience training improved staff wellbeing in terms of job satisfaction, sickness absence rates and burnout" is better than. In terms of Wellbeing Smith (2020a) found that resilience training reduced sickness.... {separeted from] Smith (Smith 2020b) found that resilience training improved satisfaction etc."
Of course, depending on how you organise you report these outcomes could be reported in different sections but in the end, you need to be as clear as you can that each result is not coming from a different study...

I agree with the above. Further, when reporting results from a systematic review, I always make it clear that the number of included studies can differ from the number of included publications e.g. 21 publications describing 18 studies. I then group the publications together in the summary tables.

I would like to know which method I should choose to compare my experimental group and control group. We have measures DVs before and after intervention. Baseline values are not significantly different in any DVs. I thought ANCOVA (post-test as DV and pretest as covariate) is better than 2(time)*2 (group) repeated measure ANOVA (or paired-t test). but there are some disagreements around me. Plus, is 2*2 repeated ANOVA (or paired t-test) with pretest value as covariate same as aforementioned ANCOVA ? I am being a bit confused now.
I read this attached article and then i decided to use ANCOVA.
Any advice would be appreciated.
