I accidentally poked my finger with very thiny tweezers after I used them to remove a slide from A549 cell culture. I got poked after sprayed them with 70 % alcohol and dried them right away. Is any risk to get cancer or an infectious disease from it??

Do not be afraid. You will not get cancer. There are so many factors to be taken into account for cancer to develop. Moreover the skin is the mechanical barrier that will halt the entry of A549 or any other infectious agent accompanying it.
Please do not underestimate the capability of our immune system. It works wonders. Your immune system will take care and everything will be normal.
