Does anyone have heard or read about the Muon Spin Rotation technique (MuSR)? or about this spectroscopy for muonium on II-VI Semiconductors (I'm searching this particularly for CdS).

Does anyone know about the posible source of the n-type conductivity in a intrinsic (no doped) CdS semiconductor may be the Hydrogen Impurities?

I have found one or two reports about this, but no more. It seems something it has been studied on the early 2000 and then left.
