Human pulmonary fibroblast culture?

Hello. My main project based on cultures of human pulmonary fibroblasts. My cells are dividing very quickly (every 2 days) despite the big passage (p.32). Is this a normal state, or should I be worried?

Hi Maria Boichuck . Passage 32 is very high for primary cells. At this passage you are probably selecting for the fastest growing subpopulation.
