A case presented with mixed bacterial and candida vaginitis and after she had treated according to the culture and sensitivity results and added fluconazole treatment to her drug regime and treatment course have been given to her husband too, the patient still suffer from vaginal candida infection.
How can eradicate vaginal candidiasis from this patient?

Candida albicans is an endogenous species. Candidiasis is an opportunistic infection. Attention must be paid to the predisposing factors in the cause of candidiasis.
