I am currently working on Histone deacetylases (HDACs) in Arabidopsis under certain stress conditions. My objective is to study the interaction of certain HDACs among each other in regulating the histone deacetyltion, for which i am planing to use T-DNA mutant plants as well. I have read some literature on T-DNA but did not get much information on the above asked question. So, can you please suggest some ways to use mutant plants to study the protein/protein interaction and their possible targets. Comments and suggestions would be highly appreciated.
