Although I am not familiar with your instrument per se, it would be helpful to know (and in order to help you) what you consider "system software". Could you please post software package and version as exporting procedures sometimes differ with different versions.
The fundamental theory of DAD states that it generate three dimensional data. However, A 2D forced visualization in the form a contour plot is typical. Either way excel is incapable of handing such complex data set. If you really wish to compare contour plots from different samples, use windows in-built "snip tool" and copy paste the contour plots from the screen to a word document.
However, IMHO you don't gain any valuable information from the contour plots per se.
What you really need is to extract and analyze the spectrum for each peak of interest. Every vendor has reporting function in their control/analysis software. You need to find out how to generate a report with peaks of interest and spectral data (My apologies, I have no experience with Hitachi software controls).
