I am trying to cure my photo polymer using SL 3D printing technique, but material is not being cured by UV light of 405 nm. What type of parameters should be changed to cure my material?
There could be several reasons, because your polymer ist not curing:
1.) does you polymer has enough reactive double bonds?
2.) is you photoinitiator absorbing at 405 nm? Is enough photoinitiator in your polymer?
3.) are there any UV-absorbing agents in the polymer?
4.) have you used any inhibitors when preparing your polymer? These could also inhibit the UV-curing process
Good luck!
