How to write C++ code in Sentaurus TCAD to create the Physical Model Interface (pmi)?

Dear all,

I wanted to change the model equation in Sentaurus TCAD. For this purpose, I need to create a physical model interface (pmi) for the same. I am writing to ask for help in this regard.
