A literature review paper highlights the progress in research made over the years on a topic. Once you decide and narrow down the topic (since the topic you mentioned is wider in its scope and explains two different dimensions of study), collect related literature and analyze the subject matter focused by each researcher on the topic. Apart from findings, suggestions and discussions, I also try to review the methodology adopted by each study.
