How to use the Fanz-Kyldysh Effect (FKE) in SILVACO ATLAS for Light-Emitting Transistors (LET) or Transistor laser (TL) devices ?

Fanz-Kyldesh Effect (FKE) is an electrical-field dependent effect, which may need photon absorption model or negative gain model in TCAD. Can i demonstrate FKE effect in SILVACO ATLAS or any luminous model. Please suggest me.
