Hi everyone,

I am using multi tube flow meter panel to measure the compressed air pulse sent to the fluid bed at certain pressure. The bed pressure is varied from atmospheric pressure to 30 mbar.

The pulse duration is kept at TON = 0.1 sec and TOFF = 28 sec respectively for the single bubble to travel till the bed surface and allow the bed to settle down to minimum fluidization condition. 

I need to know the exact air flow rate that I am sending into the bed, but the float jumps up and down in the meter. How to ensure the correct flow rate that is injected into the bed?
