You can also use naive Bayes in Weka, take a look at : http://weka.sourceforge.net/doc.dev/weka/classifiers/bayes/NaiveBayes.html

You can certainly use Naive Bayes for that kind of job, but I suspect you can do better with some other classifiers.  Just to give you a very rough idea, here are the accuracy scores on a 4-class classification problem using tf-idf scores generated by Scikit Learn's Tfidfvectorizer:

Naive Bayes : 0.6

Neural Network : 0.8

Nearest Neighbors : 0.6

Logistic Classifier1 : 0.9

Logistic Classifier2 : 0.9

And I am still working on it :)

Of course, this does not mean that Naive Bayes is bad, etc.  Just emphasizing the often repeated adage that comparing/weighing classifiers for each task is a good idea.  And please keep in mind that I am not an expert in this field, just a nosey person who likes to keep up with things.
