How i can calculate metrics evaluasi with OntoQA?

I've read several articles about OntoQA, but I still don't understand the calculations. is here who can help me to be able to understand the ontoQA calculation??

example:

I want to evaluate the ontology of Agri-Food Experiment Ontology (afeo) then I get the ontology metric values as shown in the picture.
