How to use Monte Carlo for health risk assessment?

I am trying to determine health risk by Monte Carlo in @Risk software. When I am running my data, the mean, maximum and minimum is the same and the bell-shaped graph is not forming.

Please help!

What is your proposed probability distribution curve, for output and inputs? Have you properly taken those output and inputs? Don't you have values for such distribution to central tendencies? You may first required to fill in those values for your proposed output and inputs.
