I am currently working on the removal of tetracycline from an aqueous Solution by photocatalytic process and I want to add hydrogen peroxide to the reaction to increase the yield and remove tetracycline, but I do not know exactly what concentration and volume of hydrogen peroxide to add.
If no one dealing with a similar topic responds, you should look for answers in publications, e.g. https://www.researchgate.net/post/At-what-wavelengths-do-oxidants-like-Hydrogen-peroxide-Potassium-peroxymonosulfate -Potassium-persulfate-work-well
And also in works cited there and in publications found using search engines and AI.
As far as I know, the dosing rate of hydrogen peroxide for photocatalytic degradation will decide upon wastewater type, pH condition, which catalyst is used, etc. An experiment is required to find the right dose rate, pH adjustment procedures, and so on.
