Switch on species transport model and then select it from the list of helium from the list. Hopefully, it will solve the issue which you are facing.

Syed Mughees Ali sir, i already know this but in the fluent database for mixture helium -air is not in the list.We need to opt for user defined database.I not sure how to ad the same.

Their is option to add your own list
