I have prepared multiple samples in the past just fine. Today, three of my 7 samples (all prepared from same plasma) coagulated. Is there a way to uncoagulate them? Is there a way to prevent this from happening in future? After adding DCM and pinch of salt to plasma, I vortex for 5 minutes before centrifuging. Wondering if it heated to much during the vortex phase? I have not centrifuged yet.
