I conducted exploratory factor analysis (principal axis factoring with varimax rotation) and obtained factor scores using Bartlett approach. SPSS saves "standardized" factor scores. I was wondering how I can transform these standardized factor scores to actual factor scores so that they can be used for further statistical analysis.
ANOVA is based on F test. Bartlett's test is based on T test. To stay with T test, recalculate your data using the Bartlett equation and compare the T(obs) to the T table for verifying significance. see https://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/handbook/eda/section3/eda357.htm

As I am not a stats major, I might be getting a little naive here. Are you talking about Bartlett's test for testing the assumption of homoscedasticity? If yes, how does this test relate with the standardized factor scores that are computed using Bartlett's method in SPSS?
