I have some antibodies that I want to titrate, however, in my cell line (NK92) the receptors are expressed homogeneously. So I have no negative cell population. Also, I want to check receptors, which are not expressed (yet) in this cell line, so there would be no positive cell population.

Are there possibilities to somehow titrate the antibodies without detours like generating a knockout version of the cell line etc.?
